Researchgram platform · beta
Research is a graph. Let’s map the blank spots.
Describe the problem you cannot crack. Find the people, papers and data that touch it. Collide with a discipline you would never meet. Get credit for what you actually contributed.
Start here: create your profile and Idea Genome first. The Radar, Problem Graph, Collision Engine and Proof of Contribution stay locked until you do, because each one fills itself in from your profile. No password, and it stays on your device.
The toolkit
Five tools, one loop
LinkedIn shows you who people are. Researchgram shows you what is not known yet, and who could help close the gap.
Problem Graph
Describe an unsolved problem. See the papers, researchers, datasets and methods around it, why each one matched, what still looks open, and what to read or do next.
Intellectual Collision Engine
Finds complementary expertise in other disciplines, explains the link, and proposes one concrete question you could work on together.
Idea Genome
Three story questions turn a project into a visible lineage: what it built on, how it changed, and the evidence behind it. Every version is kept.
Proof of Contribution
Record a specific contribution, ask the other person to confirm it, and keep a verifiable ledger. Credit is consented, specific and checkable.
Opportunity Radar
Tell it your research interests. It scans open scholarly data, preprints, writing and datasets for your top 15 matches and plots them on a live radar. Jobs, PhD openings, internships, grants, conferences and competitions get pre-filled one-click searches. Save what matters. It learns what you like.
Community Blog
Read short pieces from researchers, or submit your own. Every post is reviewed by the Researchgram editors before it is published.
Join with your profile
Build your profile and Idea Genome on this device, then register it if you want the team to introduce you to people. You can update or remove it any time.
How it fits together
From a hunch to credited work
Your profile and Idea Genome feed every other tool, so the Radar already knows your interests and the Collision Engine already knows what you are good at.
Your data
Local first, and yours to take
Your profile, genome, journeys and saved items stay in this browser unless you register a profile. You can export everything as a file, import it on another device, or delete it in one click from the Join & data tab.
To see what people look for and improve the tools, Researchgram records the words you type into the Problem Graph, Collision Engine and Opportunity Radar, with the time and which tool. We do not store your name, email or IP address with them, we do not link them to your profile, and we delete them after 12 months. (A one-way hash of your address is kept for up to 24 hours to stop abuse.) Results come straight from public services such as OpenAlex, Crossref, Hacker News and dev.to, which handle your request under their own policies. To ask about or delete your searches, email researchgram.eu@gmail.com.
